The house has everything you can ask for when traveling with young children (e.g. washing machine, microwave, fence all around, baby bed). The large garden was perfect for our oldest son to play in. "Beautiful spot to stay and explore that part of Italy. Winding road to get there but worth it. Very comfortable furniture throughout and well maintained. We didn’t cook meals, but the kitchen was well stocked. Just telling friends that you stayed in a castle built in the 1400’s is worth it. "

"Great old home decorated well in the mountains of small town. Naps pool side under the veranda listening to the nature all around was a daily event. We had plans to go to Portifino but never made it. The property was a nice escape after being in very crowded cities. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Italy. Luisa was very sweet and helpful when needed."
