The free snacks/drinks in the cafeteria was an unexpected bonus and the breakfast was incredible! They also had bicycles we borrowed to explore the town and bike around the town walls. From start to finish this was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel! "

To be able to access the grotta is a real highlight, it's an incredible place, much bigger than expected and the facilities are again outstanding. Spa had a lot of choice, the outdoor swimming pools were unexpected given we visited in December and it was never too busy, often it was just us. There are also lots of hiking options from just next to the property, starting from inside the hotel grounds. "
