"This property was a 10/10. I would stay here again! The staff was very friendly, they had a good breakfast variety, the pool and views were amazing and it being attached to a shopping mall and also across the street from another mall was amazing!"

"Staff are super welcoming and friendly constantly going above and beyond offering us fresh coconuts off the property and a free sandwich. Super close to el tunco tents are most affordable thing in area 10/10"

"Hotel is on the lower range of the Hilton Brand. Remodeling and updating of facilities is needed. Not a 5 star hotel ( maybe by local standards?) but everything was fine with services. It is located in a quiet area of the city so not as convenient or desirable for tourists as other hotels in more active areas. "
