They kept saying they waiting for the engineer but we were there for a week and no sign of an engineer. They could have offered us fans or perhaps another apartment but they didn’t seem too concerned to help. So that was disappointing. "Normal low-cost rooms in which there is everything necessary for recreation. Not far from the sea, shopping centers and parachutists drop zones."

"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."

"The flat was in a 4th floor with no lift. No aircon or heater. We did not have toilet roll neither. The apartment had hair from the other guest in the floors and the bathroom. Communication with the team was good and the staff very friendly. "

"Regular visitor to Villa Birdie and highly recommend. Torremirona is in a beautiful and peaceful setting and the Villa Birdie apartments are excellent value. They are large, well maintained, comfortable and quiet and a 2 minute walk to the hotel or sports club."
