"This is a very comfortable little condo. It has plenty of beds, enough for the 6 of us and still probably could accommodate a couple more people. It is extremely clean. Everything works as they should. The beds are very comfortable. We especially appreciated the provided coffee and coffee maker. This gets extra credit in our books. "The location was perfect for visiting family and friends in Glendale and Pasadena. I enjoyed morning walks by PCC and Cal Tech. It is an older building showing some wear. The unit had been cleaned well, except for the carpet, which needs attention. Overall, a very pleasant visit!"

"Got to the property at approx 4 pm. Grandkids wanted to go straight to Disney. Got back late to realize the Trundle Bed mattress has springs poking up through the mattress. Completely uninhabitable. The pull out couch is not a traditional pull out bed. It’s a leather couch that lays flat. My best estimate is slightly larger than an extra long twin.
