"The grounds were immaculate and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We stayed in the 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Guest House. All the rooms except the living room was spacious enough. The living room is fairly narrow. It had a TV that a 3 person couch can utilize that we couldn't figure out how to use, but luckily we were able to connect our phones to it. "If you value privacy and respect this is NOT the place for you. The Good: our family thoroughly enjoyed the Arenal area. Los Lagos was great for kids and adults. Hot springs,water slides and lunch, all for 100 bucks US. It’s a must visit. "El sitio es muy bonito y cada día ves a un oso perezoso y ranitas en el jardín. Lo único malo es que en la habitación hay muchos insectos y no sale agua caliente en la ducha. El desayuno fue muy escaso (1 tostada partida por la mitad, una rodaja de tomate partido por la mitad y 1 huevo batido, y café..) nos quedamos con hambre. We were only a 5 minute drive from La Fortuna for groceries, and any time we communicated with Marco, we received a prompt response."
