"The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything from the beach to the pool were perfect. Judy is a wealth of information and made the who process seamless. When we got the Francisco took it from there. Regular cleanings, we got him to prepare food for us a few times and we were never disappointed. He lives at the front of the property but you never really see him. We found it easy to find even late at night. Lots of options for food also. We will be back very soon. We have stayed in a lot of vrbo’s and this was one of the best. "

"This Hacienda is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are stunning, so much to see and explore. The little casita rooms were very clean and well equipped. The staff were wonderful. We stayed here as a family of four and can’t wait to return. Next time we would bring our own food as there’s a kitchen in the Casita, and the restaurant is only opened for breakfast which we didn’t know. Everything was wonderful. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, and a time to relax in gorgeous surroundings then this is the place. It’s also only one hour from Merida, Izamal and the beach. So a great location for a longer term stay. "

"Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in Santa Clara. The outdoor space at the property is simply amazing. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and taking the kayaks and paddle boards out in the ocean during low tide. We played countless family sand volleyball games and the outdoor family room / palapa is such a great space for eating, playing games and relaxing. The hosts are so responsive, kind and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed, arranged tours and meals for us, bought the kids an authentic piñata for NYE, and even made sure we could watch the college playoff games. "

"Excellent host and cleaning crew. I forgot some of my belongings at the house after I checked out. I messaged Alberto and I got my stuff back from the lady that cleans the house without a problem. Easy check in/check out, quiet neighborhood and the restaurant The Palapa that’s a block away from the house serves delicious food."

"Beautiful, elegant, clean and just an overall great experience. Mike and Rene are wonderful! So attentive to our needs. We had a lot more than we expected as far as amenities, the pictures don't do it justice! it's just a beautiful, and clean home with excellent care for guests, anything we needed, was easily accessible. The town and the people of Chabihau are wonderful and respectful. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to stay with a partner or family. Beautifully decorated and well thought of layout for everyone to feel comfortable. We were able to cook when we wanted or go out to eat. So comfortable! A special Thanks for Mike and Rene!"

"We had a very nice stay. The outdoor furniture was in poor condition. I think a bistro table and chairs on the covered deck would have been nice so we could enjoy the back yard in the morning and one of the longing chairs were broken so only one of us could enjoy the sunny days. Overall I was very pleased with the home and the Neighbors were amazing. I would certainly stay there again and hopefully they do some upgrading to accommodate the outdoor experience in a beautiful back yard setting Sandy and Rebecca"
