One hundred per cent delightful!
We loved every moment of our stay here and didn't want to leave. The huge lounges, decorated in Tunisian style, have to be seen to be believed. Eating breakfast in the huge glamorous room was wonderful and the bougainvillea table decoration for my birthday much appreciated - as was the present from the owner.To sit reading and relaxing in the external courtyard was such a pleasure. Antonietta's kindness and detailed proud explanation of the villa's history made it a very special place to stay. In this sleepy village, within easy walking distance of the supermarket, we thought we'd struck gold. One hundred per cent delightful.

Bellissimo B&B molto particolare e suggestivo!!!!!
Bellissima esperienza in questo B&B delle meraviglie, ne rimarrete affascinati per la sua particolarità, gli arredi e i suoi spazi molto ampi e articolati su più piani con interni davvero affascinanti...uno stile antiquario e medio orientale molto particolare dotato di tutti i comfort (TV, STEREO, CONDIZIONATORE, CUCINA ecc.) e un giardino molto carino antistante con tavolini, una graziosa piscina e sdraie per rilassarsi. Il personale poi è gentilissimo, disponibile e molto alla mano, sono tutti molto simpatici, il signor Arturo e gli altri vi accoglieranno come pochi, impeccabili!!! Il posto inoltre è a due passi dalle spiagge stupende di Santa Cesarea Terme, Cala dell'Acquaviva, Castro e tante altre meraviglie salentine. Davvero non manca nulla per godere di un soggiorno coi fiocchi, consigliatissimo!!!

Del soggiorno in questa struttura ricorderò sempre la tranquillità, l'unicità delle stanze e la camera da letto grande comoda con un soffitto altissimo ed un bagno molto grande sia con doccia che con vasca...molto bella e particolare ed il titolare cordiale e disponibile.Consigliatissima.

Qualità ed eleganza.
Quando questi due termini si incontrano si parla dellla Casa del Tabacco. Collocata in posizione tranquilla e strategica offre il giusto distacco per godere nel migliore dei modi del Salento in generale e di quella zona in particolare. Attenta la ricerca degli arredi, funzionali ma uniche le camere. Ottima la possibilità di degustare i prodotti e la cucina locale con un'ampia scelta per tutte le tasche ma con uguale qualità. Disponibile e premuroso il Sig. Arturo che si prende cura di ognuno degli ospiti indirizzando le possibili scelte e suggerendo le opportunità migliori. Il mare è stupendo con diverse locations tutte da godere. Sicuramente una scelta al di fuori dei percorsi noti che sono sicuro riserverà ancora sorprese.

Bellisima, Unica!
Casa del Tabaco is a gorgeous mansion in a small provincial town near Santa Cesarea Terme. It was not easy to find on google maps - I ended up being routed to another town first- but eventually I found my way by arriving in the town and asking around. I stayed there alone, and had a great experience- although the house was cold in April- I would not trade this experience for anything as the house itself is an inspiration, like a time-capsule. I could get lost there for years, just reading all of the books in the library and enjoying the gorgeous ambience of the place. I'd recommend coming to stay here with a large group of friends or family- this would be a great vacation spot to relax, and explore the surrounding areas- the Salento coast is supreme. Arturo was a great host, even from afar (in Rome) and the neighbors took care to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this gorgeous palace- I've never seen anything like it. Grazie!!!

Luogo mistico nel centro del Salento
Sapevamo già dalle foto e precedenti recensioni che il posto era originalissimo e molto bello e con il nostro arrivo il tutto si è pienamente confermato. Antonietta ed Arturo sono persone squisite che fanno dell'accoglienza il loro punto di forza. La Casa del Tabacco è un luogo raffinato e ricco di oggetti originali e di gusto. Le stanze inoltre sono spaziosissime e tutte diverse nella disposizione e arredamento.

Merci à Claudio pour son accueil et ses conseils sans quoi nous n'aurions pas pu découvrir ce merveilleux restaurant. On avait l'impression d'être chez nous. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Petit déjeuner parfait.

Ottimo soggiorno in un ambiente suggestivo e molto rilassante! Pulito,ben arredato,con gli spazi molto grandi ed i soffitti altissimi. La signora Antonietta squisitamente gentile e disponibile nel preparare delle abbondanti colazioni a base di prodotti tipici del salento e di frutta fresca. Comodo per raggiungere le località turistiche della zona,ma immerso in un paese d'altri tempi,tranquillo e silenzioso! Da consigliare!

Incantevole casolare tipico
La struttura si trova a Vitigliano, collocazione ideale per sfuggire al turismo di massa ma al tempo stesso a pochi chilometri dalle più belle località salentine (Otranto, Leuca, Santa Cesarea..). La casa è veramente enorme ed arredata con buon gusto dal proprietario, comprende cucina, sala, biblioteca ed una zona giorno davvero immensa; le camere sono altrettanto enormi e confortevoli. Al mattino avrete il piacere di immergervi in una prelibata colazione preparata con ogni cura dalla dolcissima Antonietta e per ogni necessità il Signor Arturo sarà sempre a completa disposizione con i suoi preziosi consigli per una vacanza perfetta. Davvero grazie ad entrambi, ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilità davvero fuori dal comune. Voto dieci e lode! Marco
