"This was a beautiful hotel to stay in, with exceptional service from the staff. They made us feel incredibly welcomed and ensured we had plenty of information on how to adjust to the altitude and provided coca leaves and tea. The room was clean and in great condition, breakfast was fantastic, and we were no more than a 5 minute walk from the historic center. "

"The owners/staff were SO very helpful, willing to help us with everything. Room was large, updated and so clean! Really appreciated that as well as the wonderful breakfast. It is a bit tricky to find, one small sign on a door that leads into a courtyard. "

"Such a gem!! This privately owned boutique hotel is fabulous. The feel is luxury authentic. The restaurant is excellent, staff and service are friendly, helpful and overall lovely! They go above and beyond with the details- like a wool warm water bottle tucked into your bed, great for recovery after hiking!!! "The staff was very helpful although they didn't speak English. I was able to use Google translate and WhatsApp to communicate effectively. The breakfast is included and very tasty. It's mostly buffet style however they also made omelettes according to your liking. The rooms are cleaned daily and the team and coffee station is always well maintained. Very quiet and relaxing. "
