"This is one of the best place we visited to Italy, we just had one night but due to very convenient location, we could really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was clean, very approachable owner/staff members! We highly recommend San Vio Palace if you are staying in venice for a short trip."

"2 night stay mid March. Host was pleasant. Brought us to apartment from meeting point and gave quick tour. Unit was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had a sewage smell, but the other bathroom was fine. Had some mosquitoes getting into apartment as well (despite closing windows). Overall a pleasant stay. Thank you!"

"Great location in a not so touristy area compared to others. Nice property and very quiet given location. Bed was so comfortable and aircon was good. Did have to keep pressing the max button to get it cold but no issues. Great location "

"If you are looking to spend time in a quiet authentic neighborhood in Venice, this is your place! It was fun to see the kids go to school and all meet up afterwards to hang out near the bridge! It is quiet but close to many restaurants, shops and a grocery store. It is located right on the canal on the first floor. "they place was huge alot of rooms 6 bedrooms and we were a family of 5, and it had 2 washrooms, only problem with the place no ac, one room had ac good so we all kinda slept in there, other area's were way to hot and even it rained on our trip and was cool outside but the inside was terrible, also we had 5 suitcases and omg it was a pain walking up those stairs, i wish they had an elevator its a must in europe if you have lots of luggage, but even walking up with the heat in the building its...

"We enjoyed our visit very much. A lovely property with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, nice bathroom and wonderful location. Our host representative was responsive and extremely helpful. Dorsoduro is quiet, full of great restaurants, a convenient grocery store, pharmacy, etc. Close to the vaporetto with easy access to airport and train station via water taxi. Two special amenities? Window screens and Sonos system! Just great!"
