"Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

The only thing is the listing does not mention that the room is located within an apartment with people living in it. Although the couple living it in were wonderful, the listing never mentioned that. Listing should be updated to reflect that. If this was known the listing would be 5/5 stars. If you are OK with that, this place is excellent!"

"The two apartments were great. We fit 7 including a baby in the larger one and 2 the smaller one (by choice). It had just enough space for 9 Of us total. We took a short walk to the tram running everyday until midnight that took us to the city center. Very affordable I think 2 euro. Gianni and his son were very accommodating and helped us with luggage. They gave us all the directions at the apartment we needed."

"This was a great apartment and the location for transportation was perfect. Within a minutes walk you could get a tram to anywhere in the city. Customer service was great at the front desk. The worst part of the room was the view from our window. Absolutely horrible.
