"Nous avons réservé cette maison pour des vacances en famille. Concernant les exterieurs : photo surdimensionnant la piscine alors qu'en réalité cest une petites piscine. Grand jardin ombragé . "Property has potential but the attention to detail from the owner/management company was really poor. Pool wasn’t clean on arrival and was murky. Only three useable/working sunbeds by the pool. No kettle in the kitchen. No pool balls and cues available despite being advertised. No working table tennis table, infact the table was shocking condition. No hot water for much of our stay. ‘Some’ issues were partly resolved once we chased up but overall was simple not satisfactory. VRBO need to review...

"Everything about the stay was great. Communicated with the host months in advance. Received many recommendations for the stay including services for a large group. Great welcome packet. Had a few minor issues with equipment at the Villa which were fixed quickly. The Villa grounds are huge and we'll maintained. Host was also very understanding of some of our group difficulties including different arrival times for check in. "

"We rented both villas, both had everything that we could need. Villas are a little way from the larger supermarkets. Taxi' s were good. Car hire would be a must. Jospeh was fantastic with all our enquires before our stay and during. Maintenance team were very fast in responding when light bulbs needed changing. Pools were clean. Could not fault these villas."

"Eight of us two couples stayed at this lovely Contempary villa complete with outside swimming pool. We stayed at this beautiful designed flat between the 8th and 15th of April. It was perfect for our stay. The weather was lovely but got chilly at night. The family who's home it was were very helpful and very considerate ,providing us with some fresh strawberries on arrival and a guided tour of the house and grounds. "We had a nice stay at Jacques property the location is beautiful and the pool is also very nice. The location is so beautiful and the you get an amazing view of the beach and the town is very close as well. We loved Sant pol de mar and definitely want to visit again. We got a lot of privacy at the pool which was nice and we were in a corner so it was super great Only complaint was the overall cleanliness was not up to par. There was quite a bit of checkout responsibilities as well"
