"Property has potential but the attention to detail from the owner/management company was really poor. Pool wasn’t clean on arrival and was murky. Only three useable/working sunbeds by the pool. No kettle in the kitchen. No pool balls and cues available despite being advertised. No working table tennis table, infact the table was shocking condition. "Nous avons réservé cette maison pour des vacances en famille. Concernant les exterieurs : photo surdimensionnant la piscine alors qu'en réalité cest une petites piscine. Grand jardin ombragé . La vrai maivaise surprise : l'autoroute qui passe juste a cote : horrible et la voie aerienne juste au dessus !! "The villa is absolutely brilliant, its extremely spacious and has every facility you need. My only criticism is its location. The area where it is located is really nice, very private and quiet. However, there are no shops near by and the supermarket is an hours "

"We had a fantastic stay in Villa Encina. Situated on the edge of a town with all amenities close by, it is a spacious, modern villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The outside space is lovely and has spectacular views. We loved the outdoor kitchen for bbq-ing and hanging out together, and it also provided much needed shade. "Everything about the stay was great. Communicated with the host months in advance. Received many recommendations for the stay including services for a large group. Great welcome packet. Had a few minor issues with equipment at the Villa which were fixed quickly. The Villa grounds are huge and we'll maintained. Host was also very understanding of some of our group difficulties including different arrival times for check in. "

"The home was perfect for our group with ample sleeping for the kids we traveled with. Located close to coffee shops and restaurants, everything is walkable in this area. A close walk to the train from the house to get to Barcelona was a big plus for the home. We will definitely be staying here again if we may it back to Spain."

"Was a lovely home and pool. Location means a car is required but views over mountain and sea are spectacular. Bit annoying to be asked to pay extra for check in before 5pm and for towels/bedding but overall a great villa."
