"The location is fantastic and the house was just what we were looking for. If you intended to spend long periods inside the house it would be quite cramped for 4 adults but we were mainly outside on the fantastic beach or on the patios with some great views. The trees and bushes do obscure some of the views plus the sun and could benefit with some pruning. Overall though we loved the house for our stay."

"We had a fantastic stay! The location is very peaceful and the elevated position gives you incredible views of the sea from the terraces. Our teenagers loved the size of the pool & we enjoyed the outside spaces including the hammock and covered seating areas which were ideal when you needed a break from the heat! "Property exactly as described with everything provided to have a comfortable stay. Lina was excellent with communication and kindly offered to get some essential shopping for us before we arrived because of our late flight. The Property was clean and the check in was efficient and friendly. Quiet neighbourhood and only a short drive into Playa D'en Bossa and Ibiza Town. Supermarkets only a 5 minute drive away. "We had a group of 6 adults and the villa was great! The emphasis is definitely on the outside area which was absolutely incredible and the most important part. One of the bedrooms had 2 single beds which would be great if you had kids, but not so good for adults. The host was amazing and great with communication. Overall it was a great first stay in Ibiza! "Our stay with Luana was magical!! It was in the perfect location for our trip. I was with a friend and her 18 year old daughter and friend who wanted to celebrate with concerts and dancing. We were a 10 min ride away from the action. Luana also offered car service and happened to always be ready for when we needed her. We felt super safe for the girls. "Highly recommend this house for couple, group of friends or family. Beautiful house with amazing interior and stunning views from the pool area and terrace. Terrace is best place to enjoy coffee in the morning or star gazing dinner and drinks. Michel and Cristina are such a lovely couple! They gave us house early and allowed for late check-out as well. They were always available for anything. We will definitely come back again."

"The apartment is nicer than the photos ! Balcony has great view of pine forest/local area Beautiful beaches very close, nearest 10 mins walk down a hill, we enjoyed walking back up it, 15 mins. Host was great ! Best to have a car. If you need a local taxi, call one, there's one taxi service for the whole island We enjoyed the stay very much !! Recommend this apartment."
