"The location is fantastic and the house was just what we were looking for. If you intended to spend long periods inside the house it would be quite cramped for 4 adults but we were mainly outside on the fantastic beach or on the patios with some great views. The trees and bushes do obscure some of the views plus the sun and could benefit with some pruning. Overall though we loved the house for our stay."

"We had a fantastic stay! The location is very peaceful and the elevated position gives you incredible views of the sea from the terraces. Our teenagers loved the size of the pool & we enjoyed the outside spaces including the hammock and covered seating areas which were ideal when you needed a break from the heat! "Nice and good accomodation"

"Property exactly as described with everything provided to have a comfortable stay. Lina was excellent with communication and kindly offered to get some essential shopping for us before we arrived because of our late flight. The Property was clean and the check in was efficient and friendly. Quiet neighbourhood and only a short drive into Playa D'en Bossa and Ibiza Town. Supermarkets only a 5 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a group of 6 adults and the villa was great! The emphasis is definitely on the outside area which was absolutely incredible and the most important part. One of the bedrooms had 2 single beds which would be great if you had kids, but not so good for adults. The host was amazing and great with communication. Overall it was a great first stay in Ibiza! "Our stay with Luana was magical!! It was in the perfect location for our trip. I was with a friend and her 18 year old daughter and friend who wanted to celebrate with concerts and dancing. We were a 10 min ride away from the action. Luana also offered car service and happened to always be ready for when we needed her. We felt super safe for the girls. "Highly recommend this house for couple, group of friends or family. Beautiful house with amazing interior and stunning views from the pool area and terrace. Terrace is best place to enjoy coffee in the morning or star gazing dinner and drinks. Michel and Cristina are such a lovely couple! They gave us house early and allowed for late check-out as well. They were always available for anything. We will definitely come back again."

Five star and then some!

"Absolutely fantastic place. The food selection and quality was absolutely first class. The food truck was a particular highlight. It was also refreshing to have a selection of fresh fruit and cheeses at every meal, rather than just at breakfast. Also, fresh olive bread at breakfast was to die for. The entertainment was spot on. Laid back vibe but just enough. Rooms spacious and spotless. Two minor issues. There was dog mess in the gravel for several days despite the grounds being well tended. The mats on the sun loungers had seen better days. We will be returning. Thank you "

"The front desk management wasn’t very friendly. No hello no acknowledgment at all. The most helpful and friendly person was the guy named Athios in glasses behind front desk . And all the staff in bar, breakfast room. Will definitely come back again "

Amazing

"My stay was superb. The location of the hotel is really good. Easy reach from the airport by local bus costing just €4. The bus stop is literally outside the hotel. There is a nice pool and beach just outside with beautiful sunrise. I have travelled outside party season so all the clubs were closed but are within few minutes from the hotel if you travel during party season. Shops and marina nearby. The food was really good. It was well balanced and varied through the days with multiple themes. Everything was fresh and tasted really good. The staff at the hotel were amazing. The staff at reception friendly and helpful. The severs and chefs in the dining area real gems. They were very tentative, friendly and helpful. Made me feel very welcome and provided sparkle to my stay. The only minus were thin walls in the room. "
