"Stayed at the Basilica for the second time and it did not disappoint. Clean, convenient for shops bars and restaurants and getting around Palma in general. The hotel-staff were welcoming and accommodating. The pool area on the roof terrace is also a big plus small but relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay in Palma. "

"Hotel Araxa was easy to travel to by foot from Santa Catalina or on the bus. It's close to route 4 so easy to reach the lovely beach at ses Illetes. There is a large supermarket close by. Excellent welcome as I was able to check in a little early and I was given a room upgrade. I would definitely return if staying in Palma again."

"The best check in - ever! We got to the hotel early (10:30 am) and our room was ready. They let us check in and while they took the bags up to the room, gave us a champagne welcome drink. The hotel is perfectly situated in the Old city and very close to the the cathedral and port. Staff was truly amazing. "
