"This hotel is absolutely lovely. Beautiful interior design, set on an idyllic slice of farmland that is walking distance to the village (uphill- so it’s down exercise). Natural pool, comfortable beds, pillows, refreshments sold on a serve yourself honesty basis, charming breakfast terrace, relaxing music playing in the common area, rustic charm. I can’t say enough. "Our trip got off to a bad start firstly we had to delay our trip by a day which took us out of the cancellation period. Secondly on arrival there was nobody at the hotel and our room was not ready. After a couple of frantic calls it transpired that the hotel owner had been taken very ill and haven spoken to him in Barcelona we agreed to check in the following day when our room would be ready and he would be back at the property. "We had a very relaxing stay at Gisela's little guest house. The accommodation is larger than you would believe from the photographs and the little plunge pool is just perfect for sitting in with a glass or two. Gisela was very welcoming despite our lateness due to a delayed flight, kindly changed our towels during our stay when we requested.The drive up to the house is a real challenge the first few times but it certainly shouldnt discourage you if you are a confident driver from staying here....
