"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."

"We were just there for one day. The rooms are big and spacious, beds are nice and comfy with a full kitchen - great for longer stays - close to the highway. The only reason 3 star on property condition was because our ac was leaking in the night but no other issues and it did not disrupt our sleep. The restaurant was very highly rated and packed."

"The double doors (windows) arnet closing properly so get pretty noisy , so id avoid remt s room on tje mountain side as thstd the camping side , with loud music till midnight each nights "

"The apartment was well located (on the main square) and well equipped. There was a mixed up with the access code we were emailed for the key box which didn't work but after calling the contact number we were given a new code and we managed to retrieve the key. Please bear in mind that some of the apartments are on 3rd and 4th floor without a lift so carrying up the heavy luggage might be a challenge for some. There is a multi-storey car park in front of the apartments for those driving but...

"We stayed in a self catering apartment which had superb views across the lagoon and to the sea and was operated by the hotel. The reception, bar and gardens were well presented , however, the apartment itself could not be described as 5 star as it was in need of refurbishment. We always assume that 5 star means luxurious, but would suggest that 3 star would be a more suitable classification for the apartment in its current condition.
