"The Tessera is a beautifully restored Armenian monastery, and tastefully done to today's standards. The breakfast is outstanding, with endless choices, and all of good quality. The bathroom has excellent water pressure in the shower and the bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately, many/most staff do not speak English (or Spanish, or French). As a suggestion, a quick, elementary English course for staff in simple English communication would be of great help for travelers. "
