"Their AC in the rooms and the lobby and restaurant seem to go out a lot during the heatwave. Bad time for no air conditioning. The room I had wasn’t properly cleaned each day so I had a dirty bathroom. Great location by the main museum and by a AVM mall. Staff was friendly and helpful. The message lady in the spa did a great job."

"It was good, the room was comfortable, but the toilet was inside the shower which was difficult to navigate. The staff was helpful despite not being able to use English very well. They helped me organize a taxi to some sights and let me know how to get to places. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the TV from next door like it was inside my room."

"This was the worst hotel amongst the many hotels we stayed in during our month long tour of Turkey. We arrived at midnight and the staff who received us were very nice and helpful. They carried our bags to the room and gave us information on the breakfast and even brought a fridge and put it in the room.
