"When we arrived the check-in process was smooth. However when we arrived to the room it was far from clean. Nightstand had a coffee stain on it and floors were very dusty. Called down to the front desk said they would send someone to clean, so we waited and nobody showed up after 30mins. We were hungry so we stopped by the front desk to ask our way out the door. "Great hotel! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We booked this property to enjoy Vienna during an 18 hour layover. The taxi ride was only about 20 minutes from the airport which helped us maximize our very short time in Vienna. The hotel is extremely comfortable and the reception desk staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable.
