"The location is perfect for the centre of Salzburg. This has all you can ask for in a hotel. The colleagues are fantastic and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We had a comfort room and was excellent for our 2 day break the amenities available were outstanding. A fridge, coffee maker with a selection of pods, tv and a information tablet giving you all services the hotel provides. The bathroom complete with toiletries. Breakfast is buffet style with hot and cold options, plenty of choice to choose from. "

"Had a great stay for 5 nights. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, heated floor in the bathroom, laundry facilities (washers and dryers) in the building. You will need WhatsApp app to communicate with them, but once you reach out, they are very responsive and helpful. Very good experience"

"Wonderful staff, classic dignified hotel with beautiful marble floor and staircase (though elevator also easy-access!). Very nice and thoughtful room amenities. Across the street from Mozarteum University, so free and excellent student recitals are possible. Location close to convenient bus to airport and all major Salzburg attractions. "Delightful and dedicated staff. Clean, bright, modern rooms. Absolutely wonderful included breakfast in dining room with picture windows looking onto the lake, giving the illusion of being on a cruise ship. Very nice effect."

"Nice / Clean / Modern place very conveniently located within walking distance from train station and quite close to Mirabel gardens / and then Altstadt / old town. Area is safe and walkable. Staff nice and attentive. Rooms are updated and modern. If upper floor then view over town, which is welcome. Charging outlets sufficient and ok. Internet speed in rooms around 30-40 mbps , so very average. Breakfast served at 15th floor at very nice settings at top floor. Design is modem as well. Breakfast by itself is fine. All in all enjoyed my stay and even extended for 1 more day vs planned …. Recommend highly. "
