"We liked this property and will come back again. The only disappointments were a leaky kayak and a mattress that was too soft for our taste. However, if you prefer a soft mattress, it could be a bonus for you. Additionally, we noticed that the AC was struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature, but it was acceptable."

"Beautiful property. As someone else mentioned it isn’t 5 star luxury, but the views and the proximity to the beach is perfection. It is a little run down, but that didn’t bother us. We didn’t spend much time inside. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch starting at stunning views."

"North Turks, is a peaceful, beautiful location. Beach is pristine. It brings you back to simpler times. If you’re looking for dining, try middle Caicos mudjin bay. Beach and caves there are amazing and food and drinks are good. Buy your groceries in Provo as supplies are limited in the North island. Groceries are pricey but buy them in Provo and take them on the ferry with you. Most excursions are from Provo and you’ll need to ferry back there for them. Enjoy the tranquil beach and unwind....

"This was a last minute trip and couldn’t have been easier or more beautiful. We’ve seen many beaches around the world and Dragon Cay and Mudgin Bay left us speechless. "Beautiful Villa with all the amenities. Ocean front beach is amazing and so nice to also have the pool. And we did a number of day trips , snorkeling, discovering other beaches and exploring and hiking. I would surely recommend this vacation home, especially if you want some quiet, relaxing time. "The food was excellent and many dining experiences were available with the option of going to their sister resort also. They provided a shuttle to the sister resort also. The beach area in front of the resort is very large and easy to go for long walks on the beach. An easy mile walk to the shopping district and walk to the local Thursday night Fish Fry. "

"Beautiful beach. Comfortable room and bed. Lots of dining options. The Jerk Truck was very popular. However, the food served did not always match the description in the menu and they ran out of items quite frequently. "

"The in room coffee was terrible! (lol) We used the shuttle daily, it it would be good to have a shuttle that traveled further west and to the grocery store. The staff was lovely and helpful! We felt very safe! Our room was clean and well maintained. The lobby needs updating. The landscaping needed attention. Overall, those were small details that would improve a nice place. The location isn’t great for active young people, but it is great for families and those not interested in night life and partying! "
