"staff unknowlegeable about reward program. They put water in soda machines labeled as soda. When you complain, they say " Yeah all the machines have only water." What's up with that? "

"CLEAN!!! This is always my top priority, and our room was very clean. Lobby was beautiful, and the front desk staff that checked us in were both very friendly and welcoming. Beds were super comfy too. I like the room setups where the sink/vanity is right outside the door from the toilet/shower, so we can all get ready a little quicker in the mornings. You can tell the building itself is a little older, but there have been some nice upgrades."
