"We had a very good experience. The front desk lady named Amari was absolutely wonderful. She was so nice and friendly. We had a reservation for two rooms and they were on opposite sides of the hotel and she changed our rooms to adjourning ones. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area again. "

"Front desk person was never at the desk. Waited over 10-15 minutes to be checked in and we had to be at a cheer comp 30 minutes after we arrived. Tried to call and no answer while we were standing there. Then later on we tried using the vending machine and it ate our money so again went to the front desk and waited a long time for her to help us again. Just frustrating having to wait that long for help. "

"Made a reservation and was on the road late knowing we wouldnt arrive before midnight although the hotel indicated 24 hour lobby they were closed when we arrived. I was able to contact someone by a number on the door and woke someone up to be let in. Once we got into the room and had a second to take a look it was bug infested, burn marks on the bed and walls. More then half the lights didnt work and was discusting. Needless to say we got a room down the road instead and didnt even settle enough...
