"The bins at the front of the property were over flowing with rubbish, flies everywhere due the the bins. As if that wasn't enough at back there was a bin liner full of nappies which had been ripped open and tissues with poo and nappies scattered all over. Which i had to clean up as i couldn't let my children out there with all that mess. I wasn't all that impressed. "
