"The Orange Tree has benefited from an extensive upgrade and refurbishment and the place exudes an air of nothing spared quality. We had an upstairs annex room and whilst the room itself was clean and well appointed, it was rather cramped and lacked any windows and therefore the option of nighttime ventilation - not so good in hot weather. Food quality was good and menu choice also good, although service was a little slow at times, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy."

"Great for drivers but not for pedestrians! There's a (nearly) lethal two-lane round about to negotiate.... I found a safer route on my third day.... hidden traffic lights are not shown on Google Maps or Michelin!!!!!!????? I had a lovely room. I found that I had to ring to reach someone to check me in. ALSO NOTE ...there are 2 Elm Roads.... this is at Elm HIGH Road about a mile and a half from town, in the locality of Elm. "

"As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

"Property had everything you could need and the hosts were friendly and had everything covered in the accommodation. Fantastically clean and well thought out beautiful garden i did not want to leave, as it had raken me away ftom reality for one night. Highly recommend, thanks Ian and Caz to even accomdate us last minute.x"
