"The house is beautiful and Roberto was an amazing host! The pool was amazing and warm with a gorgeous view of the ocean and mountains from the deck. The beds were comfortable and the house was large and very clean. We had a couple of minor issues that we did NOT complain about to Roberto because they didn't effect our stay. But, the house was very warm during the day. There is only AC in the bedrooms. However, we didn't spend a lot of time IN the house. We were out on the deck and in the pool....

"Acomodação é bem nova, seu tamanho para casal com filhos não é legal. Uma cama de casal mais uma de solteiro deixa o quarto bem apertado fora que não tem ar condicionado o que torna o quarto absolutamente quente, Ventilador de teto não da conta do calor. Pra receber 5 estrelas faltou uma tela na janela ajudaria pois tem muito mais muito pernilongo, ar condicionado também seria questão de imediato."

"The house was beautiful. Initially it was not easy to find and we had to ask neighbors where the house was located. When we got to the house, the house manager informed us of the daily housekeeping fees which were not listed in our contract which were significantly more money out of pocket. They blamed VRBO for not updating the house description. The home did not have complimentary soaps or shampoo as stated. The patio area and stairs were not cleaned. "The public area is more wonderful and very well designed, the rooms were plain, not great. But the biggest problem is the service, the front desk lady was the worst. She said we had to pick a boat trip that day for the next day, and tried charge us over twice the price! She said she'd send the link, when she didn't we just walked over to the port after she gave us the wrong directions. We selected a boat and when we got on she kept texting me in capitals on WhatsApp what boat we were on. When I asked why she said she was worried about us. No doubt it was for commission. I never told her. Then the next day when we left the hotel she sent us a picture of a shattered TV and sai we broke it. When I pointed out that the layout of the room was not the same of as as ours and that wasn't even our room, instead of apologizing she just didn't reply. Judging by this I really wonder about her stability if they fire her, I would reconsider this hotel despite the plain rooms. Terrible experience."
