"We were at the Joho for 11days and was in an 03 unit - with bathtub. Overall experience was fantastic from the front desk to the dining room to room service. Lesley, Lily, Nikki and Ken were super friendly and very accommodating in all ways. We had a lot of running around to do so it was great to come back to a nice hotel to relax. Location was excellent as it was very close to the Kaoshiung Main Station so access to local trains to Tainan, Chiayi, etc. as well as MRT. Overall we would definitely stay here gain when back in Kaoshiung. "

However, the main attraction which is the hot spring pool is under construction for the landscaping and the location of the hot and cool pools which is out in the open is questionable. The buffet breakfast and dinner is also of low quality."
