"The best thing about this property is its location. Rua de Flores is a no-car street with restaurants and shops an easy walk to the train station and down to the waterfront. My studio was spartan. Furnished by Ikea. Nice but there was no comfortable chair to relax on. A small table with two plastic chairs and the bed. I had a balcony that overlooked the back side of other buildings with a chair and small table. The fake ivy on the wall separating my balcony from the one next door was falling...

"The manager was amazing and very helpful. And the housekeeper was very sweet. We had to use our towels for a leak in the toilet hose, and had to buy our own toilet paper as we almost ran out. But the manager renewed our supplies as soon as she heard. Loved our stay."

"Is a great location to stay in central Porto. Central to everything. Very close to bar district. Right beside the tower in Porto making it easy to find. Place was clean and well stocked. One thing to be aware of is the elevator is small and hits only every second floor so some steps are required. It's not located directly on a street that has car access. Driving in Porto can be a challenge so plan your route accordingly. The parking they provide might be 400 m and 300 ft in elevation...

"This is a good place in Porto due to the location and access to the Trindade metro station. Amenities are abundant, whether historic sites, grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. The communication between the girls at the Spot office was excellent, we didn’t have any problem with a later check due to the office being closed. I would recommend if you want an apartment in a central part of the city."

"What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. "Amazing apartments. Pleased we upgraded to garden room with a private terrace area. Location excellent, lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. It is very peaceful and relaxing, pool area lovely. There was only one problem. We tried to order a breakfast basket on second day and they said it was too late and had to do on first day. This wasn’t made clear when checking in and there were instructions on reception stating you had to order before 7pm night before for delivery of a basket the next day....

Having been to other places, I appreciated that I didn't have to do anything upon check out as my cleaning fee covered it. However, I had an issue with Expedia. "El hotel nos encantó, el personal muy amables ,siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades en todo momento y un hotel muy lindo y centrico , el desayuno magnifico. Si queria expilicar que pedimos un taxi para el aereopuerto desde el hotel para el 13 de enero a las 9y30 am y nos preocupó porque el taxita no puso el taxímetro y cuando llegamos al aereopuerto nos cobró 35 euros y no nos dio comprobante , no se si esto es correcto Quiero aclarar que el hotel no tiene que ver con esto solamente ellos nos solicitaron el taxi."
