"I read mixed reviews about this property…but I have to say my stay here was exceptional!!! For the most part the staff was accommodating…the room was nice…and the bed was to so inviting….the hot tub was great…I did not eat in the restaurant…but it was nice to have the convenience if a restaurant….Overall 10/10"

"Many restaurants around that are walkable 5-10 minutes. Easy parking. Easy check in. Nice bar/food area. Clean and safe area with nice staff. Indoor/outdoor heated pool made the experience more pleasant. Very nice and clean rooms with coffee makers and large fridge. Has Netflix available to log into on the tv. Room service available. Good prices "

"We had a great stay at Embassy Suites Albuquerque! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable—after mentioning that the pull-out couch in our original room wasn’t ideal, they kindly upgraded us to a top-floor suite with two queen beds and a private patio. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a big difference in our stay. We loved having two separate rooms and a balcony overlooking downtown. Watching the sunrise and sunset from our beds was a real highlight! The included breakfast was amazing—fresh, filling, and a great way to start the day. Room service was surprisingly excellent, don’t listen to the restaurant reviews, that’s just tourists being tourists. The location is super central and made it easy to get around ABQ. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"This retro chic hotel was clean, located right in downtown, and paid close attention to detail but the best part was the people. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Each team member we encountered helped us out no questions asked and did so in a manner that made us feel valued and well cared for. A special shout out to Brie for her calm understanding and assistance with tough stressful matters. Would absolutely recommend to others."
