"The building needs updating (the outside of the bldg needs painting, some small stains in the tub, etc), but it was very clean and a very good value for the amount they charged. Very nice front desk people. "

"We only stayed overnight for a road trip stop and it was the best choice we could’ve made. The hotel was so cute and aesthetic. But the service we received was the best part. We checked in in the evening on 2/19 and Sariah at the front desk was a literal angel. As well as the 2 guys working Valet. It was Jeff and one other person. The hotel security guard who was from Dallas was also so great. This is the 3rd Pali Property I’ve stayed at and I will always continue with this company because of the service and standard they consistently meet. 12/10 every time "

"Everything except there should be time limit for children in the pool maybe 8pm then adults could enjoy pool without children jumping over your head or spashing everyone."

"Loved everything about this except the limited parking. Assistant Manager Shanna was super friendly, professional, and helpful. The only complaint is we went to dinner and when we returned all parking spots were filled. Thus we had to park on the street. Luckily before we got to our room someone left and we were able to take their spot. Others had to park on the street though. "

"I liked every thing from the minute i walked in the door.Front desk man very professional. The art work just beautiful. Two complimentary beverages per room, keurig in the room .I had ajoining rooms was great with teens.pool was beatiful hot tub best I've been in.Then to top it all off an awesome Teepee that you could relax in.Made me miss the rest of my grandkids so much that im coming back!!!!"
