"Stay was good . Only complaint was that there was no free upgrade I had to pay to upgrade the room. Also resort fees and parking / valet is pretty expensive "

"This was our first time to Oahu and the experience was so good, property was great, but the street noise was loud.Our room was small and walls between the rooms thin. We could hear everything the neighbors said."

"The moment on arrival to departure, HALEKULANI HOTEL staff members were very hospitable, attention to service at premium and a warmth of Hawaiian genuine warmth and Aloha. Various on campus restaurants superb: House Without A Key, the Orchid restaurant and Le Mer restaurants exquisite. Our hotel room with a balcony view of the garden and ocean was enchanting. Our visit is filled many memorable highlights. Love the experience. We are very thankful. "

"The hotel is across the street from the beach and convenient to shopping and transportation. It’s an older property and shows its wear, but it’s clean and comfortable enough. Service was very good; the staff were welcoming and accommodating of any request. "

"Although it was a bit of a walk for us to get to waikiki beach (mobility issues) the Imperial was otherwise a perfect location. Staff went out of their way to be courteous, friendly and helpful. Parking was reasonable $ and always prompt. Our rooms were well stocked, clean and comfortable although some signs of wear were starting to show. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"When we got there we were greeted nicely and we had a problem and Ginger helped us to get through the process to victory. The breakfast is great at the hotels Tree restaurant. Bfast all you can eat buffet $30 a head. "

"Very clean nice place, great location. Cumbersome locking and unlocking door, always had to have phone, would prefer a code or fob. Laundry card only had enout for wash, had to wait for assistant to add $."
