Kitchen TV room, with everything including washing machine, and shower room. TV in living room and bedroom. View out the window directly to countryside. Nice breakfast. "

"Perfect location just a short bus ride into York. Jack & Ellie are the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Tea & coffee facilities available in the room which was very comfortable. Breakfast is a help yourself but Jack is on hand if you need anything. Fresh fruit and yogurts, cereals, juice etc are available. Jack recommended places to eat, which were absolutely spot on. Food in all recommended places was excellent. This is a little gem of a place to stay, while not in the city centre...
