"This property is well maintained, neat, and clean, which I most appreciate. The rooms are well designed, spacious, and fully loaded with all the amenities you could think of. The garden is lovely, and the breakfast buffet offers a good spread of items to choose from. The staff is very attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The price is a bit high, but since I visited during the off-season, it was not an issue. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it to...

"The Hideaway staff was amazing! Everyone from the front desk, kitchen staff, cleaning, maintenance and gardening were kind, helpful and friendly. The grounds could you use some updating and maintenance. Even so our room was comfortable, clean and had a great view. "

However a couple items to be aware if you stay here: We chose the all inclusive option but it’s not a true all inclusive resort. Food and drink are only covered during “meal hours” which exclude 2-6 pm. Their system to track all inclusive guests is also faulty as they rely on paper receipts to tally up drinks that don’t have time stamps. So at checkout I was surprised with large charges...

"Stayed here to be near Vuda Marina for an early morning boat connection. Arrived late and left early, but the restaurant was good and room adequate. Had a large, nice pool area, sorry didn't have time to use it. Very lush and pretty grounds."

"The resort has a great “Fiji Feel” - traditional design of the cottages and the surrounding grounds and main building . Staff are very welcoming and attentive to guests needs. No issues at all. Road into the resort is gravel with potholes but not a long stretch of gravel. The beach is well kept up but the bigger beach isn’t that great. We felt we had good value for our money and it is close to town for shopping and exploring. "

"The only part that was disappointing were the restaurants...we were a bit of a large group. By the time everyone else had eaten and were paying, my order hadn't come out yet. Just had it packed up to go. This would not stop me going again if the chance came up. Everyone was wonderful "
