Cate, the hostess, was extremely attentive and helped us arrange various activities during our stay. She helped us arrange a cooking class at the villa, a bike tour through Chianti region with a private wine tasting, and a chef cooking a Thanksgiving meal for us (we opted for Tuscan - not American food).
