Internet is very poor, working only on the 1 st flr not at all in our room on thr second, we spent hours standing in cold dark lobby to get reception for checking in for our flights and planning the road Parking is also a problem around that place."

"The room was very convenient for visiting the Leonardo museum. There was a restaurant near by for supper. We came by bus so we had to watch the schedule out as it was a Sunday and there were only two buses back. Coffee and tea was appreciated. "

"We booked the property as per description in expedia. You need to be a boy scout to find the place. No signs at all, not even on the locked gate where we had to wait for one hour that someone opens it. We were the only guest with absolutely nobody else in the house. There was no air-condition anywhere, no WLAN at all, no hair dryer, no toiletries etc etc. All things which were supposed to be there according to the site description on expedia. "The Toscana village is great - so relaxing. The long stay owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the staff. The onsite bar/restaurant is good, as is the pool. There is a local town in easy walking distance with many old buildings, nice bars, and places to eat. On Saturdays there is a food market, so you can stock up on salads, fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses, etc. We can't wait to go back."
