"The hostess did what she could to fix the issues, but the listing should be made more accurate. It is actually a shared apartment with other renters. The private part is only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking. "This was a great place to stay for two nights in late October and to take out and back day trips by train to Siena and Florence on back-to-back days. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location! La struttura è in posizione tranquilla ma comunque vicinissima ad Assisi, l'appartamento pulito e confortevole e il Signor Marcello è un padrone di casa simpatico e disponibile. Le mie figlie hanno usufruito della piscina a tutte le ore. Lo consiglio sicuramente."

"Villa Eleanora is in quite a lovely location convenient to many sites in Umbria. The facilities were very well taken care of and clean. The outdoor terrace and pool areas were really lovely.
