You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking. "Posizione perfetta .. in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla stazione. Qualche disavventura con acqua calda e wifi (i telefoni in camera e in balcone non funzionano) tv ... basterbbe poco per renderlo un buon soggiorno. Inclusa una colazioncina da due soldi. Avere il bollitore in camera, ma neanche acqua o una bustina di té, o un bicchiere ... tanto vale non metterlo. Chi lo gestisce gentilissima nel risolvere gli inconvenienti"
