"My whole experience was amazing. Everything at the hotel was amazing. Our first night the bathroom shower was not working and they quickly changed our room. Service is 10/10, everyone was extremely kind and eager to help. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and the AC works well. Bathroom was also very clean. The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Hotel restaurant is also excellent. I would definitely come back and would recommend it "

"Great service and advice from reception and in the restaurant where we also enjoyed excellent food and wine in a lively environment. Rooms are very comfortable (including the bed) but ours was not well sound-proofed. It was, however, ok when you had considerate neighbours."

"Close to the train station and a short walk to the old town. Plenty of excellent restaurants around. Kind and competent staff. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Excellent choice in San Sebastián. Will stay here again when the opportunity presents! "
