"La localización del hotel es excelente. Si no tienes problemas de movilidad, puedes ir a pie a la estación del tren, del autobús, a la playa La Concha y lo mejor de todo es que está a sólo unos cuantos minutos de los bares para comer los mejores Pintxos de tu vida. Todo muy limpio y actualizado. Desde que entras a los pasillos para llegar a la habitacio, huele muy agradable. Estuvimos cuatro días y nos gustó mucho. Cuando regresemos a Donosti, definitivamente nos hospedaremos aquí. "

"This new Axel is beautiful. From my initial greeting by a very hospitable Racquel, to the gorgeous room. Everything is spotlessly clean, obviously it’s new but the bed was comfortable and a gorgeous shower. My only tiny negative is that the spa pool could have been warmer, but the hotel was superb value for money and a fifteen minute walk from The Conch and incredible food options of the Old Town. I would recommend it highly"

"Great one bedroom suite, with kitchen area in the sitting room. Useful washing machine/dryer. Large comfortable double bed with an amazing light system in the board behind the pillows. Walkable to the old town with it’s great pixos/tapas bars and parking, which you can reserve in advance with Telpark, is only 2 minutes walk away.The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would have been nice to have an armchair as well as sofa in the sotting room. Excellent stay."

"We totally love this hotel. Secure on-site parking (bit tight, but seems to work), fantastic location literally a few minutes from the seafront, and VERY dog friendly (our little guy had his own bed, and welcome pack, with a toy he really loves, clearly thought out by someone who knows dogs), also spacious room, very comfortable. No restaurant, but not a problem for us - we actually had Glovo deliver to the room. Have stayed here 3x now and love it."
