" From the minute we met the owner at the gate we could tell she took great pride in her family’s cabins and ranch. There was a basket in the cabin that provided everything we could possibly need, should we have forgotten anything. Sitting on the porch watching the Axis as the sun rose while having Our coffee was splendid."

"Nice quiet location. House was hot when we arrived and we had issues getting the lock to open. We didn't feel you are given enough time to really enjoy. Check in was 4:00 and out by 10:00 am. Not enough time to enjoy coffee outside. Too expensive to stay 2 nights. "

"This is the third time we have stayed at the house and it has always been great. Everything you need is there. Very comfortable beds and kitchen has everything, you just have to look and find it. If there is a negative it would be bathroom upstairs. You can sleep 8 or 10 people upstairs with just one shower and bathroom on 2nd floor. But we shared the master shower on first floor and some guest went to sauna bathroom to shower. GREAT TIME !!!!"

"The cabin is just the right size for a couple. The high ceilings make the cabin feel roomy. The bed was comfortable and Kathy took care of anything we needed. We had access to the whole ranch and enjoyed seeing the wildlife each day, especially the longhorn calves. We cooked our meals there and had all we need. If you want to grill you’ll need to provide your own charcoal. The cabin is quiet and cozy deep in the heart of the Hill Country."

"Floating Rock Cabin was great for a quite weekend get away. The property was clean and well stocked. Easy to find but also easy to hide once there. My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary get away. Highly recommend for a Hill Country retreat."

"Safe quiet, clean Beautiful area to enjoy every morning and every evening. I enjoyed my stay there. I’m looking forward to coming back and maybe trying the tiny house that’s on the property.
