On arrival there was an array of food stuffs waiting for us including wine, water, milk, pasta, bread and condiments. This was a very nice touch and much appreciated. There was a mix-up regarding our arrival time, so we had settled in by the time Sophie arrived to welcome us, however this was not an issue.
