From the walk in to their in house restaurant (10/10), their front reception that was so accommodating, and their amenities, our experience at Tau was nothing short of magical. The pictures don’t even do this justice. I would recommend to all my friends. Only thing I would warn others about - and that’s for Guatape overrall - is to bring sweaters and fall clothes. "

"The adress listed in the email I got was wrong we end up in the wrong place after I was charge over 300.000 pesos for transportation we call the hotel staff then told me over the phone that my reservation was cancel ask me what time I did it I told her I day before and then she told me she did cancel cause the room we book some people came in the morning and she never acepted my booking but I dint get a cancelation email either after lost my trip there we end up booking in a diferent place as that one cancel actually she said she never confirm it with us but I never did get q email with a cancellation from them was really disappointing as it was a long trip and I was with a newborn will never book here again "
