"This is a beautiful property where we, unfortunately, stayed on Easter Sunday. We will planning a trip to Mt. Etna on 4/21, so it seemed like a good choice for the day before. We had hoped we could be accommodated at their restaurant since we were staying at the hotel, but we were told it was full. Had we known the time we would arrive, we could have made a reservation but we were traveling from Cefalu through mountains and had no idea when we would arrive. We think they could have had one...

Primo: in tre giorni non abbiamo mai avuto né pulizia della camera né letto rifatto ne tantomeno bagno lavato. Secondo: ho trovato solo due grucce nell'armadio. "A wonderful property in such a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards with views of Mount Etna and the village of Castiglione perched on a hillside. We loved having access to the swimming pool, the rooms are a good size and the food and wine was excellent. Massimo is a superb host and is exceptionally welcoming and very friendly, providing good local information. "Etablissement en pleine nature, au calme. Chambre et salle de bain très spacieuse et propre. Petits-déjeuners inclus et très copieux. Service restauration le soir : pas de carte de menus mais les plats proposés sont généreux et excellents à des prix hors concurrences. Les haicots verts du jardin étaient succulents. Je recommande sans hésitation."

"Je n'ai pas pût me rendre à l'hôtel le jour de la réservation. J'ai contacté l'hôtel 2 jours avant la date pour me faire rembourser ou décaler la date de réservation. Ils n'ont rien voulut savoir et ne m'ont rien remboursé! Très déçu de cette prestation. "
