"The property itself was very close to the beach and main street which was great! Within walking distance there were so many shops, restaurants, cafes and activities so there was always something to do. The house had bikes, sand toys, boggy boards, and lots of towels for the beach. The only negative was that there wasn’t fans in every room in the house and the AC didn’t always get to the upstairs. "With family in Palos Verdes we are back and forth from coast to coast several times each year. We usually stay at Terranea, but in the hotel, so being in this villa away from home was wonderful! The home was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed-- from coffee, to soaps, dish detergent, and beyond. Was perfect for walking around to local shops and cafes, and surrounding parks, and is easy enough to commute to surrounding attractions. "We booked this home for our family Disneyland trip. Our family included our two adult children and their families which included our grandchildren . 3 under 6 and two teenage boys , plus two adult grandchildren . The house set up was perfect. The kids has a area to hang out , while the adults had separate area to hang out away , but near the children. Our 2 and 6 year old granddaughters absolutely loved the jungle bedroom and enjoyed playing in it . The neighborhood is very quiet and close by...

The house was close to many nearby stores and attractions such as the beach, as well as all the great amenities such as pool and ping pong table which we really enjoyed playing.
