"We stayed here as a family of 4. Absolutely beautiful home and property. My kids loved the pool and each having their own bathroom. We watched toucans and other birds in the trees and iguanas, Jesus lizards and geckos run around the grounds. A/C in the bedrooms was lovely. The living room and kitchen could be a bit stuffy in the middle of the day, but we were out by the pool during those hours anyway!"

The kitchen and laundry facilities were satisfactory for the needs of guests. The pool and rear deck area allow for maximum viewing and recreational use. "This was a top notch house. There’s a reason why it’s all five star reviews. I loved every second of it. The living room can get a little hot since there is no AC due to the open air around the rooftop, but you can always open the sliders. I was just not wanting so many bugs in. "There is not one detail that has been overlooked. This house was more than equipped for our group of 9 ladies to have a great time in Uvita! Whit was very responsive and had excellent communication. We utilized Simone, the house concierge and also Chef Vlad to prepare amazing meals for each evening. When Mother Nature didn't go along with our plans, we still had a fabulous time hanging around the villa with our group playing games, soaking in the hot tub or just lounging & socializing....
