"I don't regret it, the place is incredible. I thought long before booking because of the negative comments. I want to clarify something, yes you are right that it is very far from everything but if you are looking for peace and relaxation you will not regret it, it is the perfect place.Second, they say that you use a dirt road and that is also correct. Maybe it is a 10-minute road, but it is not a problem if you drive carefully, you will not have any problems getting there. The staff's attention is phenomenal, the food is excellent and the cost is reasonable. Another point that the comments point out is that there is no cell phone signal and it is also correct.They have internet there and I'm not lying, some days it was very complicated to have communication from my room, but another day I spent it in the pool and in that area I never had a problem getting a signal.I repeat, if you want to rest and get away from the noise, it is a place with an incredible view and excellent for disconnecting from the world. I will not hesitate to return. One last thing, Mr. Alberto is a wonderful person. "

"We loved our stay at the naked so much that we extended by a night. The hotel is perfectly located on beachfront and within 2-3 mins walk of shops, restaurants, bars, massage places etc… Staff were super helpful in arranging transfers and kept the drinks flowing by the beach and pool loungers. Particularly loved the afternoon DJ set on weekends which makes the naked the Place to Be! "

"Every corner in this place is beautiful and the girl at reception was amazing and friendly; including the cute doggie they have as pet. The beach is quiet and this is the ideal place to relax and forget about everything. The only problem I had was the internet connection :( completely gone during my whole stay so I hope they get another supplier or a backup option."

"The bungalow had a piping issue in the toilet and shower but hopefully it will be fixed soon for future guests. A full size mirror would be great in the room. "

"We love El Alquimista! This is probably the most luxurious place to stay in Zipolite and you will not be disappointed. Attention to detail and exceptional service is one of the key points for our recurring stays here. They truly take care of you! Two of our favorite staff are Louis & Cheely. They take excellent care of you in the restaurant and on the beach! After just day one they knew what we drank and what we liked. They just made life so simple and enjoyable for us. Louis had our umbrella and table waiting every day. With him we truly never needed for ANYTHING! Food here is EXCELLENT! The grounds here are just beautiful and well maintained! The front desk guys also do a wonderful job and can schedule transportation for you to and from the airport. Nothing like getting off the plane in HUX and having a smiling face holding a card with your name on it! El Alquimista makes it difficult for you to want to leave the property. The quality of services and food are hard to beat in this small town. The ambience is also just over the top! We loved all the candles at night and the refined vibe! This is our forever place in Zipolite!"
