It was arranged to be picked up and brought back. The excursions were easy to book. They were well explained they ran for the appropriate time. We never felt rushed The food was amazing. We dined at four of the restaurants. The two things that topped our trip was the staff and entertainment, as well as as the cleanliness and the breathtaking area that we were in on the resort It was exceptional!"

"Room needs some maintenance. Phone was not working. The second i have stayed in that the phone was not working. I reported the situation in the hopes that it will get fixed but did not happen. The hairdryer was hanging by one nail so it was not totally secured on the wall. The clothes drawer had a musty smell. I have to say that the staff are professional and friendly. The reason why I come back to this place. Housekeeping can do a better job cleaning the bathroom. I would still go back and stay in this property regardless. I always had a wonderful time. It’s my third time around. I also have to mention- the restaurant reservation process can be improved. "
