"Bozena is a great host, the apartment is exactly as described and pictured, and the location can not be better. Bozena met us at the apartment and explained which grocery stores she uses, which restaurants she recommends and using a map described the area location and all the major sites. Every historical site in the city is a short walk from the apartment. We were in Sicily for 2 weeks and took a bus to Catania and a train to Cefalù. The train/bus station is a 30mn walk from the apartment....

"Virginia, was a spectacular host. I completely botched the day I was flying out and had to arrive at the property at 0900 instead of 2350. Virginia adjusted smoothly. She had the taxi that was originally scheduled for 2350 moved up to meet us at 0900, she met us at the apartment, and sat with us to go over some of the best attractions and places to eat. "It’s a beautiful place and the view is amazing. The rooms are a bit small but that’s generally the case in Europe. The only issue we had was the shower. It has two issues: a handheld wand that I had to rig to stay up and at an angle so not to shoot out of the shower, and the shower curtain which allowed water to flood the bathroom floor no matter what you did. It was also really small making it difficult to wash up. "

"Siamo arrivati , e non c'era nessuno ad attenderci ho dovuto chiamare più volte per mettermi in contatto con la padrona di casa , ha mandato un ragazzo dopo piu di un'ora ad aspettare fuori la porta..poi saliti su era tutto sporco , non avevano pulito siamo dovuti riscendere per far pulire la casa e siamo stati 3 ore fuori , poi finalmente arrivati nella casa , abbiamo visto che non funzionano i televisori nelle camere , e non è vero. Che la casa a 3 stanze ma 2 ...molto male"

"Giovanni's apartment was everything we needed for our 7 day stay in Palermo. Ideally located in the characterful old part of town whilst also having amazing views of the bustling harbour. "There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....
