"NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! IT IS A SCAM! They refuse to meet you at the property to check you in AND DEMAND you TEXT them pictures of your passport, otherwise they will not let you in. They ignored my calls trying to reach them as they address listed and their actual address is not the same. When they actually answered the phone and not decline my calls, I was told I only cause confusion and that I did this to myself… all because I wouldn’t provide my passport unless it was in person. "The position was very central to the marine, shops & eateries. Facilities were comfortable. If you need WiFi it's poor, drops out. We were travelling from town to town & booking accommodation via Internet was essential to us. Staff very helpful. Sadly we were not aware if we could have access to the garden which would have been a treat. Only down side was the bar downstairs of the property play very loud music until late. "Upon arrival I ran the bell and no answer even though the lobby was supposed of been opened at 7:30. Arrived around 1130. Had to call the number listed on the front of the building. Person who answered told me I did not have a reservation. I said yes I did I have a confirmation number. He said OK I’ll be there in five minutes. Took him 10 to 15 minutes. Then he had us walk around the building to another entry which turned out to be another B&B. He had us meet with the lady she took us upstairs...

"Giovanni and Rosa were wonderful hosts, even though they were in the middle of the olive harvest. The apartment is quite large, and the kitchen was one of the best equipped we've experienced. The rooftop terrace has an incredible view of the sunset over Lago di Varanno. It's a bit of drive to some of the other areas (e.g. the beautiful coastline south of Vieste), but that's true of most places on the peninsula because of the limited number of roads, most of which are quite narrow and twisty....
